Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a big part of the process between the relationships and stability of the mind. Often objects around us are disregarded and forgotten about in a process of our own mental healing. The 'norm' becomes a hazy piece of memorabilia, a fragment of memory that is lost in the mindful process that is everyday life.
